International Marketing

Santa Clarita, California SEPTEMBER 15, 1997 Actron, Incorporated, of
Santa Clarita, California, USA (2003 Note: Since re-located to Tarzana,
California), and Gardner Manufacturing Co. of Horicon, Wisconsin, USA,
are pleased to announce their new strategic relationship for the international marketing
of Gardner flying insect control systems.
